  Q. Well, the real reason is, isn't it, that you see your structures within the church as replacing, standing in the place of, the civil structures?

  A. Only when it comes to spiritual matters, and if those morals have - people - those within the church have crossed those, the guidelines are that they take the steps to remove the person, protect, then, through either instructions or personal counselling to those that are involved with that family, and warning them of not allowing their children to stay overnight with this person, never to be alone with this person, never to work alone or go anywhere with that person.   some of you may know, that bill bowen has twice tried to get the fbi involved in investigating child molestation issues in the jws org.

  this is what he said to me, i quote: we have reported to the fbi on two occasions and were rebuffed due to them not wishing to get involved with a religion.

  a question was asked by the court on having someone in the room for moral support with a minor child or frightened girl when being questioned by the elders over allegations of child abuse.

  Because the KS10 specifically states that if a convicted abuser is sentenced under a plea bargain, that does not constitute admission of guilt within the congregation when it has been established there are not "two witnesses".

  99% of these prosecutions do not reach trial and are settled through plea bargains.

  Again you are ill informed, delusional and have not the slightest depth of comprehension regarding the internal policies of Watchtower nor how investigation, prosecution and the rule in a court of law operates.
